At Piñon Grill, we serve New American cuisine in the truest sense. Our open interiors and natural design elements pay homage to the real America, as does our cuisine. We take dishes that have, over the years, through America’s cultural melting pot, become beloved American mainstays, and combine them with the unique flavor profiles of foods that have since ‘immigrated’ here. The result is an exceptional flavor profile unlike any other.
Signature chef specialties include Lobster and Crab Ceviche, Chicken Paillard, Braised Boneless Short Rib, Grilled Vegetable Burger, Chilean Sea Bass with Pesto and Thai Chili Beurre Blanc, and Lobster Penne Pasta with Brie Sauce.
